Lindsay Lohan, fresh from her latest jail stint, will return to rehab, where she spent 22 days in August, only to fail a drug test three weeks later.
Her initial stint in rehab was 68 days fewer than Judge Marsha Revelstipulated as part of Lohan's sentence for probation violation, which stemmed from two DUIs in 2007.
As part of Revel's sentence, Lohan was to avoid alcohol and illegal drugs, but she admitted she failed a drug test and returned to court on Friday, where the judge in her case initially denied bail and had her locked up. She was jailed for about 14 hours, but her lawyer appealed the ruling, and another judge agreed that Lohan should be allowed to post bail pending a formal probation violation hearing. She posted $300,000 bail and was out Friday night.
A source close to Lohan tells E! Newsthat the starlet will head back to rehab because she realizes she needs help, not because it will win her brownie points at her probation violation hearing.
